RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on personal care items that have been opened or used.  Custom-made or personalized items are not able to be returned or refunded.

Custom Order sales ARE FINAL once the design has been approved.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the sale.  Please contact us at Fabledembers@gmail.com to request a cancellation.  You may also use the Chat Feature via the website.

Candles that are unopened, unused, and returned in the same state in which they arrived, may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date.  Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer, whether due to mishandling or inappropriate shipping, are not eligble for a refund or exchange.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE  ITEMS
If an item arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to replace it with proof of damages, including photos of the shipping box and item as it arrived.  Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
