The Perfect Summer Lemonade: Juice of 6 Fresh Lemons 1tsp Lemon Zest 1 Quart of Cold Water Ice, if desired Brown Sugar, Honey, or Maple Syrup to Taste. Optional Additions: Fruit Slices (strawberry, watermelon, orange), Crushed Springs of Fresh Lavender, Thyme, Basil, or Mint. A little goes a long way when it comes to herbs, so use sparingly and add more to taste!
